More specifically I need
- Damage stats that increase automatically per level for the player and a system that the Dev team can control that requires no coding on their part.
- Passive traits that the player receives in a random order from a pool of traits determined by the dev team.
- A skill tree set up by the dev team with branching abilities that the player can choose (and a UI to support that)
- Special abilities automatically attached to the weapon upon triggering certain events.
- Switching out parts of the weapon (no visual change) to change core stats.
- Attaching extras to the weapon for new perks (such as Area of Effect damage)
- A slot for special in-game items that opens up an entire new set of abilities (not on a branching tree though, straight line you acquire one ability after another) that the player can access.
